    How maturity is calculated

    Each statement scores from 0 (never) to 4 (always). The dimension score is the average converted to 0–100, and the overall score is the average of the six dimensions.

    • Comparing with other companies is optional and anonymous: we only keep scores, segment and company size, never name, email or IP. It appears once the base has at least 10 assessments.
