Welcome to Entre Bits. These Terms govern the use of entrebits.com.br, its free tools, secure sharing, Radar, assessments and the Bit assistant (“Services”), offered by Entre Bits, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The Services
Entre Bits provides consulting and services for Senior's Gestão Empresarial ERP. Consulting engagements are governed by specific proposals and contracts. The site also offers, free of charge, online tools, assessments, a news aggregator and a virtual assistant, which may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
2. User account
- The account is personal, intended for people aged 18 or over, and is used to manage secure sharing links.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activities carried out in your account.
- Access may also be granted by a code or link sent to your email; keep your email secure, as whoever controls it can access the account.
- You can delete your account at any time in “My account”. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these Terms.
3. Secure sharing — acceptable use
Content is encrypted in your browser and Entre Bits has no access to it. You are solely responsible for what you share and for who receives the link. You may not use the service for:
- illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or personal data without a legal basis;
- malware, phishing, fraud, spam or any activity that compromises the security of others;
- child sexual abuse material, hate speech or incitement to violence;
- circumventing technical limits, automating bulk creation or overloading the infrastructure.
Closed links cannot be recovered. Upon a court order, we will cooperate with the authorities within the limits of the data we hold (which does not include decrypted content).
4. Tools and assessments
Tools and assessments are provided “as is”. Always review the result before using it in production — for example, formatted SQL should be tested before running it on real databases. ROI simulations, maturity scores and SoD analyses are estimates and support decisions; they do not replace audits or professional advice.
5. Bit assistant
Bit uses artificial intelligence and may produce incomplete or incorrect answers. Answers are for information only and do not constitute a commercial proposal or technical, legal, accounting or tax advice. Relevant decisions should be validated with a professional. You may not use Bit for unlawful purposes or try to obtain the system's internal instructions.
6. News Radar and external links
Radar shows headlines, short excerpts and links to original articles, whose rights belong to the respective publishers. The daily summary is produced by AI from the headlines and may contain inaccuracies. News items are shown in their original language. We are not responsible for third-party website content.
7. Advertising
The site shows ads provided by Google AdSense, labelled “Advertising”. Entre Bits does not endorse advertised products or services and does not control ad selection. Do not click ads artificially or encourage others to do so.
8. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, texts, layout and code of the site belong to Entre Bits or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence for personal and professional use of the Services. Open-source libraries keep their own licences. The output generated by the tools from your content is yours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entre Bits is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the free tools, temporary unavailability, content shared by users or answers from the Bit assistant. Nothing in these Terms limits rights guaranteed by consumer protection law, where applicable.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be on this page; relevant changes will be announced on the site and, to registered users, by email.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
